Mr. Charles J. Moore has served the financial services industry for nearly 25 years with a vast background in commercial lending and mortgage banking. Mr. Moore has completed numerous transactions in investment banking and restructuring, with an emphasis in the Environmental, Renewable/Clean Energy, Bio-Science, Medical Device, Hospitality, Technology, and Specialty Manufacturing industries as applied to companies ranging from development stage to small-cap in size. Mr. Moore applies credit analyses and analytical methods to create and develop financing and restructuring programs that resolve various capital requirements, investment and management issues.

He has marketed these developed programs to institutional and other accredited investor accounts (i.e. mutual fund, insurance company, hedge fund, banks trusts, private equity Venture Capital, Accredited Investors, Broker/Dealers and corporate). In addition, he has implemented these programs with corporate and municipal managements with other parties involved in the financing and restructuring processes.

Mr. Moore is the Principal of the Broker/Dealer and is a graduate of LaSalle University and currently holds Series 7, 63, 62, 79, 99 and 24 licenses.

After starting his career at Crucible Capital as a Financial Associate in 2004, André has rejoined the firm as a Partner in 2012. André will be tasked with directing wealth management and investment banking integration during our transition into a full service broker dealer. Mr. Swanston will also head our minority entrepreneurship funding initiative. Prior to his return to CCG, André served as a private wealth advisor at Ameriprise Financial in Hartford, CT. Most recently Mr. Swanston was a Vice President of Investments at JP Morgan Chase & Co's retail financial services CIS division in Westchester, NY. André has vast experience as a business owner/consultant in the entertainment and hospitality industries and has served on the executive boards of several Connecticut based non-profits.

Mr. Swanston has a Bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut and currently holds his Series 7, Series 66 and Life, Accident & Health Licenses.

Nan (Lu) Chen focuses on due diligence of customer's commercial financing needs including e-mail inquiries, teleconference, and financial statement analysis. Lu provides translation for project financing and financing package based on document review and other communications. She actively communicates between U.S. and China using her Chinese background.

Prior to joining Crucible Capital, Lu served at People's Republic of China Bureau of Finance in Beijing, China where she focused on approval of contracts for government purchases as well as communicated with companies, banks, and other divisions of the Bureau of Finance, such as social security, agriculture, and economic development.

She holds a Master Degree in Economics from State University of New York at Buffalo and a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Beijing Technology and Business University. She holds Series 28 and 99 Licenses.

Mohammad A. Delwar is primarily responsible for investment analysis, investor relations and research. He also participates in financial advisory, private placements, refinancing and restructuring advisory with the team.

Prior to joining Crucible Capital Group, Mohammad was an Analyst with Belgrave Trust, a start-up environmental tech firm, where he conducted financial modeling, research on renewable energy projects and business development. He also served briefly as a Financial Advisor with Investors Capital Corporation and as Structured Finance Intern at BRAC Bank Limited, Bangladesh.

Mohammad holds a Masters in Finance degree from State University of New York at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from North South University Bangladesh. He is also a CFA Level I candidate for June 2011.

Ira P. Bader has over 28 years experience in the financial service industry, with 23 years experience dealing in the areas of Operational Compliance, Back Office Management and Supervision for full service brokerage firms.

Prior to joining Crucible Capital, Ira was the Compliance Officer and Back Office Manager for 9 years with a full service boutique brokerage firm on Long Island. Mr. Bader has also held positions in the same capacity with other brokerage firms throughout his 28 year career.

Mr. Bader holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Management from the State University of New York at New Paltz and currently holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 99 and 63 Licenses.

Kenny Phu is responsible for company research, industry analysis, and business plan revision. Prior to joining the Crucible Team, he worked for small printing business as a sales associate with a small emphasis on market research.

Kenny graduated from Binghamton, State University of New York in May 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Minor in Japanese Studies.
